3. Delivery for Rental Orders (DMV Region)

Rental orders are not shipped via carriers. Deliveries are handled by our professional event logistics team.

  • Delivery, setup, and pickup times are scheduled based on availability and event timing.

  • Delivery fees depend on distance, order size, labor, and event timing requirements.

3.2 Delivery Windows

Standard rental delivery window: 2–4 hours
Exact-time deliveries may require an additional fee.

4. Missed or Failed Delivery Attempts

For Purchases:

If a carrier is unable to complete delivery:

  • They may leave a notice or attempt redelivery

  • Additional carrier fees may apply if the item is returned due to non-delivery

For Rentals:

If our team cannot access the location at the scheduled time, a redelivery fee may apply.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

For carrier-shipped purchases:

  • All delivery timelines and transit conditions are controlled by the carrier

  • If an item is lost or delayed, we will assist in filing a claim

  • If an item arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours
